Addresses succession issues from the perspective of current tax regulations, ensuring a stable structure of controlling shareholder or shareholders, continuity of business assets, and dedicating a part of its attention to generational transitions.
CORPORATE LAW
Studies and helps companies identify corporate structures that protect against hostile takeovers and ensure continuity through stable shareholding and family control over the business.
GOVERNANCE & CODE OF CONDUCT
Aims to define necessary governance conditions to ensure proper structuring for better managerial functioning and the protection and consideration of all stakeholders.
WORK AND WELFARE
Proposes to study, analyze, and develop recommendations for member companies that distinguish themselves with the projects/policies they have in support of their employees/stakeholders.
